The G771K200 is specifically designed for high-precision closed-loop control where accuracy is more critical than high flow rates. It is widely used in material testing rigs, industrial robotics, pilot-operated valve control, and aerospace structural testing. Its ability to maintain stable performance under high-frequency oscillations makes it ideal for fatigue testing and precision assembly equipment where subtle force or position adjustments are required.

Precautions for Use:

• Fluid Cleanliness: The nozzle-flapper pilot stage is extremely sensitive to contamination. You must maintain a hydraulic fluid cleanliness level of ISO 4406 14/11 or better. Even microscopic particles can cause the valve to “drift” or fail.

• Filtration Requirement: A high-efficiency pressure line filter (with $\beta_{10} \geq 75$) must be installed immediately upstream of the valve.

• Avoid Dry Running: Never operate the valve without sufficient hydraulic fluid, as the pilot stage relies on the fluid for cooling and lubrication.

• Manifold Flatness: Ensure the mounting manifold is flat within 0.05 mm (0.002 in). An uneven surface can cause the internal bushing to distort, leading to spool sticking.

• System Flushing: Always use a flushing plate to clean the system piping before installing the G771K200. The valve should never be used to “filter” a new or dirty system.
