Applications:

The Moog D635Z632E direct-drive servo valve features an integrated closed-loop pressure control (P-control) mechanism, making it highly suitable for electrohydraulic systems requiring dynamic and precise control of force, torque, or pressure profiles. Driven by a high-torque linear motor, it eliminates standard pilot oil limitations. It is extensively utilized in plastic injection molding machines (for precision clamping and holding pressure controls), specialized hydroforming or stamping presses, die-casting systems, testing bench load-simulators, and hydraulic tension control systems.

Precautions:

1. Fluid Cleanliness: Strict compliance with ISO 4406 < 17/14/11 is critical; an absolute high-pressure non-bypass filter ($\beta_{10} \ge 75$) must be positioned directly upstream to protect the micro-machined metering edges from abrasive wear.

2. Pre-Flushing Protocol: The entire hydraulic piping loop must be thoroughly cleaned using a separate flushing plate before mounting the valve. Never run initial system startup fluid through the valve.

3. Electrical Grounding and Supply: Ensure a highly stabilized 24 VDC supply with radially grounded shielding on all signal lines. Installing a dedicated 2 A slow-blow fuse is mandatory to protect the internal SMD electronics from voltage surges.
