Progressive Spool Tuning: Unlike linear spools (EH99), the EH79 has a progressive flow characteristic. You must ensure your controller (PLC) is programmed to account for this non-linear curve to achieve the desired motion profile.

Pilot Pressure Stability: For the VCD actuator to maintain its high-speed dynamics, a stable pilot pressure is mandatory. It is recommended to maintain pilot pressure at 140 bar or higher.

Zero Backpressure Drain: This valve requires an external pilot drain. To ensure accuracy and prevent spool drift, the drain line must be connected directly to the tank with as close to zero backpressure as possible.

Oil Cleanliness: High-response valves are extremely sensitive to particles. Maintain a fluid cleanliness level of ISO 4406 18/16/13. A dedicated 10 $\mu$m pressure filter upstream of the valve is highly recommended.

Shielded Wiring: To protect the onboard electronics from industrial noise, use shielded cables for the ±10V command signal. Ground the shield at the cabinet end only to avoid ground loops.
