Applications:

The Moog G761-3065B mechanical feedback servo valve is engineered for high-power electrohydraulic closed-loop control systems demanding precise regulation of position, velocity, and force alongside large flow rates up to 63 l/min. Featuring a rugged nozzle-flapper pilot stage and carbide-tipped feedback wire, it delivers exceptional frequency response and reliability. It is a critical component in steam turbine governor speed control networks, industrial material testing machines, high-frequency multi-axis simulator motion platforms, steel mill automated positioning, and large blow molding machinery.

Precautions:

1. Critical Cleanliness: The nozzle-flapper pilot orifices are highly susceptible to particulate silting. Installing an absolute high-pressure non-bypass filter ($\beta_{10} \le 75$, 5–10 $\mu\text{m}$) directly upstream is strictly required.

2. Loop Flushing: Always execute heavy pre-flushing via a dedicated flushing plate before system startup; never cycle initial fluid contamination through the servo valve.

3. Backpressure Limit: Keep the normal operating return line pressure below 70 bar, as transient T-port pressure shocks will destabilize the valve’s dynamic balance.
