Usage Precautions:

  • Electrical Grounding: To prevent signal drift or erratic spool behavior, ensure the shield of the signal cable is connected only at the controller side to avoid ground loops.

  • Pilot Supply Stability: The valve’s dynamic performance is highly dependent on pilot pressure. If the system pressure fluctuates significantly, consider using an external pilot supply to maintain constant performance.

  • Storage and Handling: Do not remove the protective port covers until the moment of installation. Any ingress of dust or moisture during setup can severely damage the integrated electronics or the precision-ground spool.
