Application Scenarios:

The G771K203 is primarily utilized in industrial automation and closed-loop control systems where high-speed positioning and force control are essential. Common applications include plastic injection molding machines, material testing equipment, flight simulators, and metal forming presses. Its rugged “spool-in-bushing” design ensures high reliability and long service life even in demanding industrial environments.

Precautions for Use:

1. Strict Fluid Cleanliness: This valve is highly sensitive to particulates. It is critical to maintain hydraulic fluid cleanliness to ISO 4406 Code 14/11 or better to prevent the nozzle-flapper from clogging.

2. Filtration: Always use a high-quality filter (beta ratio $\beta_{10} \geq 75$) upstream. Clogged filters can cause sluggish response or total valve failure.

3. Null Adjustment: The valve has a mechanical null adjustment. This should only be calibrated by trained personnel using a 3/32″ hex key to ensure the system remains stable at zero signal.

4. Seal Compatibility: Ensure the hydraulic fluid is compatible with Viton (FKM) seals to prevent swelling or leakage.

5. Manifold Precision: The mounting surface must be flat within 0.05 mm (0.002 in) and have a surface finish of 0.8 $\mu$m (32 $\mu$in) to prevent internal stress on the valve body during installation.
