Application Scenarios: The G771K203A is engineered for precision closed-loop control of position, velocity, and force. It is widely utilized in high-stakes industrial environments, including plastic injection molding machines, aerospace structural testing rigs, robotic flight simulators, and high-speed metal forming. Its ability to translate low-power electrical signals into high-power, fast-response hydraulic output makes it a staple in advanced automation.

Precautions for Use:

• Fluid Filtration: The internal nozzle-flapper is highly sensitive to microscopic debris. You must maintain a hydraulic fluid cleanliness level of ISO 4406 14/11 or better.

• System Flushing: Before installing a new G771K203A, ensure the entire hydraulic circuit has been thoroughly flushed. Never use the servo valve itself to flush the system.

• Mounting Flatness: The manifold mounting surface must be flat within 0.05 mm to avoid internal binding of the spool.

• Seal Integrity: Always verify that the hydraulic fluid (e.g., mineral-based vs. synthetic) is compatible with the Viton seals to prevent premature failure.

• Zero-Adjustment: Do not attempt to adjust the mechanical null unless the system is at operating temperature and you have the proper calibration tools.
