Application Scenarios: The G771K235 is designed for high-precision closed-loop control applications where reliability and fast response are mandatory. It is commonly found in material testing machines, industrial robotics, plastic injection molding machines, and automated metal presses. Its robust construction allows it to handle the rapid oscillations required for fatigue testing and high-speed positioning tasks in heavy industrial settings.

Precautions for Use:

  • Fluid Cleanliness: The nozzle-flapper pilot stage is extremely sensitive to micro-particles. Fluid must be maintained at ISO 4406 14/11 or better; failure to do so will lead to “stuck” valves or erratic performance.

  • System Flushing: Never use the G771K235 as a flushing valve. Install a flushing plate in its place during the initial system cleaning to prevent contaminants from entering the valve’s precision internals.

  • Installation Torque: Ensure the mounting bolts are tightened to the specified torque in a cross-pattern. An uneven mounting surface or improper torque can distort the bushing/spool assembly, leading to internal friction.

  • Seal Check: Verify that the hydraulic fluid is chemically compatible with Viton (FKM) seals. Using incompatible fire-resistant fluids may cause seal degradation and internal leakage.

  • Electrical Polarity: Pay close attention to the coil wiring (series, parallel, or single coil) to ensure the valve responds correctly to the controller’s polarity and signal levels.
